Since you're new to the website and most likely new to our products, we're sure you have some questions. That's why we compiled a list of FAQ's to help you out! 

• Who are you? 
  • We are Andras. We aim to provide men around the globe with the finest quality facial care products, using only the best ingredients and modern formulas. 
• How organic are your products?
  • Our products are as organic as possible, meaning any products sourced that can be organic are indeed certified. For example, many of the structural ingredients are man-made and are thus impossible to be called organic. Our CBD, on the other hand, is 100% certified organic
• Are your products tested on animals?
  • Absolutely not! we are certified by the Leaping Bunny Organization (www.leapingbunny.org). All our products have undergone extensive scrutiny and are tested in special R&D facilities. (We also test them as a team before offering them up for sale) 
• I think I may be allergic to one of your products
  • Though we strive to create products as hypoallergenic as possible, please thoroughly read the ingredients list before purchase. In the case of allergies, we strongly recommend you contact your nearest health center.
• Do you accept returns?
  • If the product is unopened and untampered with, then yes we can accept returns. Please check our shipping and returns policy at (/el-gr/πολιτικη-επιστροφης). Please note that shipping return fees are not our responsibility.
• Can I find your products in a physical location?
  • Yes! You can find all of our products in Attica's Carelab section, in the Golden Hall and Syntagma locations.
